This disclaimer applies to your use of the Theo & Thea platform, operated by Axtra Health Sdn Bhd (Company Registration No. 1646544-K). Please read it alongside our Terms of Service.

1. Educational content, not medical advice

Public content on Theo & Thea — including articles, protocol descriptions, and assessment questions — is provided for general educational purposes only. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider.

2. Emergencies

Theo & Thea is not an emergency or urgent care service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency — including but not limited to chest pain, difficulty breathing, fainting, severe allergic reaction, or thoughts of self-harm — call 999 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately. Do not wait for a response through the Platform.

3. Every protocol is independently reviewed

No protocol, prescription, or compounded preparation is ever generated automatically from your assessment answers. Every case is reviewed by a licensed pharmacist and, where clinically indicated, referred to a licensed doctor for consultation, before anything is proposed to you. The reviewing professional exercises their own independent clinical judgment and may decline to proceed, request more information, recommend a consultation, or refer you to in-person care.

Axtra Health operates the platform that connects you to these professionals; we do not ourselves review, diagnose, or prescribe, and we do not direct or override the clinical decisions our professional partners make.

4. Accuracy of the information you provide

The safety of any assessment, protocol, or prescription depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide, including your medical history, current medications, allergies, and symptoms. Withholding or misrepresenting information can result in an unsafe recommendation. Tell the reviewing professional immediately if your health situation changes after a protocol has been proposed or dispensed.

5. No guarantee of outcome

Individual results vary. Nothing on the Platform or in any protocol proposal is a guarantee that you will achieve any particular health outcome.

6. Existing care relationships

If you have an existing physician, specialist, or other healthcare provider, Theo & Thea is intended to complement, not replace, that relationship. Tell your existing provider about any protocol you begin through the Platform, particularly where you take other prescribed medication.

7. Adverse reactions

If you experience an unexpected or adverse reaction to any compounded preparation or medication received through the Platform, stop use, seek medical attention if needed, and report it to us at admin@axtrahealth.com as soon as possible so the reviewing pharmacist can be informed.
